FAQ and Other things to know...
I am coming with a friend. Will we be able to pick our roommate?
Yes, as long as you are both registered and name each other in the prep survey you will be together.
How much time will we be doing "work"?
That depends on you. There are several hours set aside that may be utilized to get work done or to have fun.
I am worried about the Zion adventure. How good of shape do you need to be in?
We will be relaxing and floating down the Virgin River in inner tubes. This is a relaxing low level activity that creates a fun way to show flow and network with the other woman
I have allergies...
Food allergies- we have a incredible menu planned that can accommodate vegan, gluten free, keto and everything in between. We will be sending out a prep form where you can give more details if needs be.
Also NO PET of any kind are allowed for this reason. I too have allergies.
I have a nursing infant. Can I bring them?
I ask that no one under 18 be at the retreat. This is your time to focus on YOU and that is not possible when caring for another person.
